About Me
I am a freelance Instructional Designer with over 20 years experience in the field of learning. I have developed courses for both eLearning and Instructor Led Training.   • Conduct needs analysis for the deployment of the hospital's Learning Management System (LMS) that included hospital hierarchy, reporting structure, and the assignment of mandatory corporate and legislative training.
